This month there was two concerts by overseas Artistes held in Singapore. I gotta say that in both concerts, there were always problem with the Microphone. This first video is during Korean Pop Night 2008. The Wonder Girls performed Nobody and Tell Me. In Nobody, Sunmi(the first singer for both song) mic gives out echo and it got worse during Tell Me resulting in the girls not daring to sing in a higher pitch incase the mic gives out a blast. That is why most of them sang flat in Tell Me.

of coz during Rihanna Concert In Singapore. The starting of a concert is the most important to bring up the spirit of the audience. Rihanna performed Disturbia as her opening act with awesome stage setting. Her mic however died on her 5-15 sec into the song. At around 1:03, Rihanna got pissed off with the technical crew and you can see her scolding him. I think she said some vulgars too lol. She only continued with her second song Breaking Dishes if i'm not mistaken eventhough her mic was fixed halfway thru Disturbia. You can even see her going backstage during the song. Perhaps went to change the mic? who knows

This incident made me wonder if Singapore is able to host concerts for overseas A-List singers? I am just afraid that Singapore would be listed as the country with the worst sound system. I can see that comment on Rihanna's Singapore YouTube video. If words get spread out, then what if my DBSK Hyung's wouldn't want to come perform here? The next concert that is gonna be held in Singapore is Fahrenheit's(taiwanese boy band) concert in 19 December if i'm not wrong. Let's just see if they will have the same problem? I still hope DBSK will have their concert here in Singapore as predicted by many fans.:D

Some of you might know and some of you may not know that there would be a Korean Pop Night held in Singapore's Indoor Stadium on the 4th of November at 7.30 p.m.

Sadly, the tickets are not sold and can only be attained thru winning contest that are being held. Another option would be to come down on the day itself near the entrance of the Singapore Indoor Stadium to redeem the tickets that would be given out from 5 p.m onwards.

Being Singaporean and knowing how kiasu Singaporeans are like, it is advisable to come early to get the tickets. I am so psyched up to go but my only option is to queue and on that day, i have my Food & Nutrition paper that starts at 2 and ends at 4. I would reach there around 5 where they are oready giving out tickets!

Plus, i have my Mother Tongue paper the next day. However, the only obstacle is i have paper on the 4th. If i didn't have any paper to sit for, i could have queued there as early as i could and while waiting i could still study with my friends!..

So, is there any kind soul out there that is kind enough to give me tickets to the concert?? i really want to go. I am being shameless by pleading thru my blog as it is. SO IF YOU HAVE TICKETS AND NOT SO INTERESTED WITH THE ARTISTE AVAILABLE, YOU CAN EMAIL ME AND TELL ME YOU WANT TO GIVE THE TICKETS AWAY. THANKS AND PLEASE.

The artiste i wanna watch is Jewelry,Wondergirls and Chaeyeon nuna! Plus, Andy hyung and Park Jung Ah nuna would be the host!!She is so gorgeous.

Lastly, i wana wish all my Hindu friends Happy Deepavali!!

p/s: i know some people would cricticise me for this post but just imagine, if The Jonas Brothers for instance were to come to Singapore and the tickets aren't sold. Definitely i bet most girls especially would be pleading for tickets too.
