I just found out that today marks exactly 6 more months till the start of the official 'O' Levels....What my t'cher said dat makes me more nervous is dat he said we actually only have 4 more months left.
Dats because he minus off our sleeping time. Normally we take 8 hours of sleeping time and dats like 1/3 of the day. So calculating all in all, we sleep for 2 months so left 4 months. This does not include our eating time,travelling time and break time. So easier said, we are left with only 2 months where we actually study.WTF?
Time really passes when you're having fun heh.
Chatted with Bee and she seems to be having fun with her orientation camp. Its like poly is the fun place to be. Can't wait for tis time next year when i would be in poly. So confident hor.hhaha
I somehow feel dat i am becoming more brave now to state my stand. Voice out my opinion when needed and say no to things i feel is wrong. Usually i would be like the guy who just follows wat others say. For example, if sumone says curry is delicious but i tink otherwise, when asked if its delicious, i would say its nice. Usually sticking to the majority.
Why? well bcoz i just hate dragging tings. I hate when ppl keep asking questions and the attention to be put on me. Yes, i am timid. When sum ppl are trying different ways to get all the attention, i would be the one trying to put away all the attention from me.
Now, i dun tink i'm like before. I dare to voice out my opinion and i tink i'm liking the attention i'm getting now. For instance, just now when my t'cher was saying taking Psychology in poly is a waste and a stupid decision. I got a lil angry, dunnoe why myself. Well, maybe bcoz i plan to take psychology in poly. So i voiced out my opinion loudly and go against to all of the tings my t'cher said. I even won the 'debate' by saying"If you insist on saying psychology is a waste and does not bring a bright career future, tell me why the Cut Off Point is so high(difficult to get in)" My t'cher totally shut the fark up lor.haha
In terms of the attention i'm getting now. I have to admit, i still get pretty insecure when ppl keeps on looking at me. So i found a solution, usually when we walk, we would look left and right and dats when you would notice ppl looking at you. Now i walk by just looking towards my front. Thanks to my colleague who demonstrated it.haha. However, must keep in mind to smile a bit when you walk like dat coz otherwise, ppl might find you a smug and no matter how leng chai or leng lui you are but ur a smug, its a complete turn off:P
However, only leng chai and leng lui can pull of the smug look la but if sumbody dat neither has looks or valuables to be smug about. Seriously, just be nice ok. I just find it funny when i see sumon with below average look trying to act smug. With dat chibai face, i just feel like slapping their faces lor.lol
Plus, i believe being smug does not bring you anywhere. At most you would get beaten up by ppl.haha. You can attract attention too by being nice:D
