Eventhough Valentines has yet to arrive and still along way to go(1 week+)..alot of ppl have been blogging bout it oready...of coz anxiety will build up for ppl hu are attached but not for ppl like me hu are single..i dunnoe wether its better to be attached or single?? each of it juz has its pros and cons i guess..

well valentines day are not exactly for couples..Valentines day is also known as Friendship day!
its the time where you can celebrate it wit ur beloved friends as everyone special in your life has their own day..for example u have Father's day,Mother's day,Grandparent's day,Family day, Teacher's day and also Valentines day/Friendship day..any left out??

wat does all this day symbolises??well i guess it symbolise dat u shld treasure tis loved ones and everybody should have tis category of ppl in their lives where u can celebrate wit them on those special days and also depend on them during your gloomy days

I really hope tis years Friendship day will be more meaningful than last year wit my new friends hu can oready be considered close frends..

All those gifts dat we get on 14 February is only materialistic and doesn't state anyting..its wat the heart of the giver contains dat truly counts..so wat if u get alot of gifts on dat dae but those ppl hu gave u those gifts dun even take u for real..dats wat i call not sincere..giving juz for the sake of giving.

Well it is true dat everyone will definitely compare to each other to see hu has the most gifts and it will make u happy if u were to receive more gifts..seriously, i would feel happy too if i were to receive more gifts tis year but it is juz wat we want not wat we need..i really hope i have turned more mature tis year and not expect more gifts tis year as eventhough ur frend may not give u gifts..it doesn't any less show dat they care for you..yes i noe dat i have been so materialistic the past few years expecting gifts for every special days like friendship dae and b'daes but i juz guess it makes me feel more contented than ppl juz saying happy valentines day or happy b'dae.

i dun seem to care wether the gifts i got from ppl is sincerely from them or izit juz bcoz they give it to me to show dat they care for me..but now i care more for the sincerity than the materialism..i dun care if u were to juz give me juz a plain ugly card, pasar malam clothes or even a simple gesture of saying happy b'dae or happy valentines dae but as long as it is wit sincerity..i would gladly accept it wit a great big smile and saying "thank you, i really appreciate it".. i always believe in giving witin your own mean..doesn't mean if person A were to give Person B Bag from Puma selling at $120,Person C have to give someting more expensive than or equivalent to dat..Person C can juz give Person B a imitation Puma bag from pasar malam selling at $12 but filled wit sincerity and i believe at person B will appreciate it wit wide hands open unless they are for Paris Hilton dat will be a whole different ting..haha

Well i guess singaporeans or teens are juz very materialistic..well its juz the mindset dat makes us like tis... nowadays, i tink teens are much more materialistic and branded than adults..i guess if u were to compare a teenagers wardrobe to an adult u can definitely see dat teens are more branded..i'm toking bout normal adults here,not actors..

its all in the upbringing of the kid..if the parents were to give in to every single ting the kid wants from small,the kid will definitely grow up to be someoen very materialistic..i am lucky to not be like dat..i call teenagers like dat spoilt brat..well they are juz kids born wit sliver/gold spoons in thier mouths..i guess mine is juz the normal stainless steel or plastic spoon..haha..

After saying all tis it doen't mean i'm so noble as not to be so materialistic..well i am actually..everybody is materialistic to be honest..it is juz the difference of how more or how less materialistic we are..i tink i belong to the middle section..how bout you??

well i hope i got the message across dat materialism isn't every ting..i didn't intend to hurt or specifically say bout anyone here..juz randomness opn my part..if u felt dat i am hinting to you..well perhaps its time u chng not to be too materialistic

all those talks bout spending Valentines/Friendship day wit beloved friends...Aqilah,Cyril,Aishah and me has agreed to celebrate dat day to our singlehood..haha..anyone wanna join??
